How to Apply
Wearing Lip I.V. hydrating lip stain is an easy process that you can wear two ways. You can wear as is for a vibrant, wet shine look or wipe off for a stunning lip stain effect!
Step one: Beginning at the center of your lips, use the drip-shaped doe-foot applicator to swipe outward and fill in your lips.
Step two (optional): After ten minutes, wipe to reveal a natural-looking, even lip stain.
